Bigpoint Laminator Roller Burned Out After Few Uses and No Proper Support

I purchased a Bigpoint laminator from Nalburdayım and experienced a serious defect almost immediately. After just three lamination attempts, the machine’s roller stopped working. Although I had owned the device for about 3–3.5 months, this issue occurred only 10 days after purchase.

I tried to get service support but was unsuccessful. Today, when I contacted customer service, I was told that I would have to pay for both shipping costs myself. That means nearly 1,000₺ just to send the defective product back and forth—completely unreasonable considering the device already cost me nearly 4,000₺.

I should not have to cover such costs for a product that failed so quickly. If this issue is not resolved, I will use all my legal rights and pursue the matter through official channels. I even request that my recorded calls with customer service be used as evidence if necessary. It is unacceptable that a brand offers no clear support or accountability for a defective product. I demand a proper resolution and fair treatment.
