Bigpoint Laminating Machine Burned Out Three Times, No Service Support

I purchased a Bigpoint laminating machine in February of this year and began using it in March. By May, the machine burned out after film got stuck inside. I sent it back to the company for repair, which took 15 days.
Unfortunately, the same issue happened again in October, and then once more in November, when film got stuck inside and the machine burned out for the third time. I returned it to the company for repair, but it has now been 15 days and nothing has been done.
When I call to follow up, they either ignore the issue or no longer answer my calls at all. This is unacceptable for a product that was supposed to be reliable but has already failed multiple times in less than a year.
I demand that Bigpoint either properly repair or replace the laminating machine immediately, or issue a full refund. Customers should not be left without support after repeated breakdowns and poor service.
