I booked a room on Airbnb that was clearly shown in the photos and description as having two separate beds. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the room only had one single bed—completely different from what was advertised.

Since the room was not as described, we immediately tried to cancel the reservation and request a refund. But for hours, we've been trying to reach Airbnb customer service with no success. There’s been no response, no refund, and no one helping us resolve this issue. The hotel itself also refuses to take any responsibility or help.

We are now left in a situation where we’re uncomfortable, frustrated, and out of pocket. I expected more from Airbnb. If you claim to guarantee accurate listings and offer 24/7 support, then prove it. We’ve received zero support, and we are still waiting for the cancellation and refund to be processed.
