Unjust Permanent Ban Of My WePlay Account
I have been using the WePlay mobile application actively and normally, without any problems, until my account was unexpectedly and permanently banned on 16 December 2025. On that date, when I tried to access my account, I was suddenly shown a message stating that my account had been permanently banned for violating community guidelines, without any prior warning or detailed explanation. After seeing this ban message, I contacted WePlay Customer Support via email about the issue, but I did not receive any helpful response or clear solution regarding the restoration of my account. I was not informed about which specific rule or community guideline I allegedly violated, and no concrete evidence or detailed explanation was shared with me. I respectfully request that my WePlay account be urgently reviewed, that the unjust permanent ban be lifted, and that my account be fully restored. In addition, I ask for a clear and detailed written explanation of the exact reason for this permanent ban and which rule was claimed to have been violated.
WePlay team, thank you for the attention and understanding you have shown regarding my account status. I hope we can reactivate my account by giving me another chance.
