Airbnb Charges Me for a Bug-Infested Garage Stay in Los Angeles

I rented an Airbnb property in Los Angeles, California, for three months and am currently staying there. To my shock, the place turned out to be a converted garage infested with bugs, making the living conditions unbearable. Despite reaching out to Airbnb multiple times, they have offered no assistance in resolving this issue.

When I requested to cancel my reservation, they not only refused but also imposed a penalty fee of ₺40,000. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a mockery of my situation. I am demanding immediate intervention from Airbnb to cancel the reservation without penalty and address the unsanitary conditions of the property. Please resolve this matter urgently.
