Yalla Ludo Account Blocked Over Fake Diamonds Issue

I am a Yalla Ludo user and my account has been unfairly blocked due to an issue related to fake diamonds. My Yalla ID is 27857172*** and I access the game from a Vivo Y33s device. On 9/5/2026 my account suddenly went into blackout after the system detected fake diamonds. I would like to clearly state that I did not personally purchase or post any fake diamonds. At that time, my ID was with my friend, and he purchased fake diamonds using my account, which led to the block. I was not aware that such an activity was taking place on my account and I had no intention of violating any of the platform rules. I have reached out to customer support but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail and that my Yalla Ludo account be unblocked so that I can regain access. I am ready to fully cooperate and provide any additional information needed to show that I did not deliberately engage in any fraudulent activity.
