Airbnb Rental Next Door Disrupts Our Lives With Loud Parties, Fights, and No Control

For the past 3 years, my neighbor has been renting out their home via Airbnb, and it has completely ruined our peace and quality of life. Almost every weekend—and often weekdays—we’re exposed to uncontrolled parties, late-night drum sessions, shouting, and swimming at midnight. They’ve even hosted weddings and large gatherings, turning a residential area into a nonstop venue.

I’ve documented all of this with videos, voice recordings, and screenshots of messages I’ve sent directly to the host and their staff. Nothing has changed. Guests regularly exceed occupancy limits—if 3 families rent the house, they invite 4 more as “guests,” cramming the property far beyond reasonable limits. There's zero enforcement of rules.

We’ve called the police multiple times. While they issue warnings, the noise always resumes within the hour. Municipal officers and law enforcement have issued fines under the Misdemeanor Law, yet the disturbances continue. This Airbnb listing has been warned and penalized dozens of times—but Airbnb seems unaware or unwilling to act.

This situation is unbearable, and it’s clearly damaging the neighborhood. I urgently call on Airbnb Türkiye to investigate and suspend this listing immediately. Repeated abuse, guest misconduct, and disregard for local peace and safety cannot be tolerated. Please take action before more residents are forced to suffer.
