Ve booked a Hotel through Agoda (reservation number 62OOO5399O), Only to arrive and discover that the Hotel was closed with no way to ENTER.

Without my knowledge, one of the rooms was canceled by Agoda. I received no notification, and I wasn’t refunded. As a result, I had to pay for the hotel again out of pocket. I booked two rooms via Agoda using my credit card, but one was canceled without my consent, and now I’m stuck paying twice. I’ve tried reaching Agoda’s customer service, but I can’t get any response. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for the extra charges.
