Agoda Booking Error — Family Reservation Confirmed for One Person Only
I made an online hotel reservation through Agoda for a family of four. However, due to a room issue at the hotel, my booking was confirmed for only one person. The payment was already charged, and no refund option is available.
It’s impossible to reach anyone for help since Agoda provides no phone number, and their online support is entirely handled by an automated chatbot. The hotel told me to contact Agoda directly, but Agoda’s system doesn’t offer real human assistance. Meanwhile, the hotel is demanding extra payment to accommodate the remaining guests.
This situation has left me frustrated and financially burdened, as I’ve paid the full price but haven’t received the service I booked. I request that Agoda update my reservation for four people or refund the full amount immediately.
