Agoda Fails to Correct Hotel Reservation for Multiple Guests
On January 10, I made a reservation through Agoda for Legacy Ottoman Hotel Istanbul under reservation number 1686876576. I selected the reservation for 2 adults and 1 child (age 12) and completed the payment accordingly. However, after the payment was completed, I noticed that the reservation confirmation email showed the booking as 1 adult only.
On the same day, I called the hotel to confirm the situation, and the hotel staff stated that the issue needed to be resolved through Agoda. I then tried to get support through Agoda’s customer service channels, but it was not possible to communicate effectively with Agoda or have my reservation corrected. As of today, my reservation still appears in the system as 1 adult, and no correction has been made.
From the beginning, I made this reservation for 2 adults and 1 child, and I paid based on that selection. I request that Agoda update my reservation number 1686876576 at Legacy Ottoman Hotel Istanbul to 2 adults and 1 child and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
