Agoda Refund Still Missing Days After Approved Hotel Cancellation

I made a reservation through Agoda for Lazy Days hotel Thailand for the dates December 12–19, 2025. I paid $596.09 USD for this reservation, and my reservation number is 166 536 0117.

Later, I wanted to cancel this reservation. When I contacted the hotel through Agoda and also via Instagram, the hotel clearly confirmed that they approve the cancellation and a full refund. However, they stated that the refund must be processed by Agoda. Unfortunately, when I try to contact Agoda, I only receive automated AI responses and cannot reach a real customer service representative to explain the situation.

For approximately three days, I have been trying to reach Agoda via email, but I have not received any clear response. My case is not progressing, and the $596.09 USD I paid has not been refunded.

As the reservation holder, I request that this reservation be canceled in line with the hotel’s approval and that the full $596.09 USD payment be refunded as soon as possible to Süreyya G*.
