Agoda Same Day Booking Mistake - Unable To Change Date Auroro Hotel

I made a reservation today via Agoda for Auroro Hotel in Malacca, but I accidentally selected today’s date instead of tomorrow, when I actually intended to stay. I completed the double room reservation around 22:30, and as soon as I noticed the mistake, I immediately tried to contact someone to change the date, but I could not reach any representative. At this hour it is not reasonable to expect someone to check in for a same‑day reservation made online, and during the booking process there was no clear and visible warning stating that cancellation or date changes would not be possible. The lack of clear information on cancellation/change conditions and the fact that I could not reach customer service have caused me to be victimized. My Agoda reservation number is 1966539386. I request that my reservation date be changed to tomorrow free of charge, or at least for a reasonable small fee so that my loss is minimized. I also ask that the communication problem I experienced be investigated and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar grievances in the future.
