Agoda Free Cancellation Refund Not Paid After Four Months

I booked a two-night stay at Santauri de Lluc in Mallorca, Spain via Agoda for the dates Friday, 21 November 2025 to Sunday, 23 November 2025, under booking ID 592416683. I made the reservation on 26 October 2025 and paid a total of €103.26. The booking clearly stated a free cancellation policy until 18 November 2025. I cancelled the reservation on 5 November 2025, well within the free cancellation period, and I also received a confirmation message from Agoda regarding this cancellation. According to Agoda’s own refund policy, I should have received my money back within 30 days. However, four months have passed and I still have not received the refund of €103.26. During this period I have tried to contact Agoda customer service several times, but I have not been able to reach anyone or get proper support. The fact that a simple refund for a free cancellation is delayed for months and that I cannot reach customer service is extremely disappointing and feels very disrespectful to customers. I request that my refund of €103.26 be processed and paid to me immediately, and that I receive a clear written explanation of why this delay has occurred.
