I have been experiencing a serious withdrawal issue with my Winslots game balance for more than six weeks.
After upgrading my VIP level to 3, the withdrawal page showed that I had a balance of 400,000 GHS. However, whenever I try to withdraw the money, the system displays a message stating that the amount has already been withdrawn, even though I have never received any payment.
