On October 23, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for Katapa Stone House (Nevşehir, Cappadocia, Turkey) in the amount of $65. My reservation number is 1662079665. Due to health issues, I wanted to cancel my booking. When I contacted the hotel, the staff informed me that there was no problem with canceling and that they had already processed the cancellation.
However, I have not received any confirmation or notification from Agoda stating that my reservation has been canceled. I tried calling Agoda’s customer service, but the line kept disconnecting, and I was unable to reach any support representative.
Although my booking appears as “non-refundable” on the website, since the hotel itself confirmed the cancellation, I am requesting either a full refund or at least an official update on the status of my reservation. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
