Agoda Customer Support Unavailable — Missing Reservation Before Check-In
On October 17, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for Royal Seginus Hotel in Antalya, scheduled for November 6–9, 2025. My reservation number is 5895*59. I completed the payment in full using my credit card at the time of booking.
However, as my check-in date approached, I contacted the hotel directly and was informed that my reservation did not appear in their system.
Since Agoda does not have customer service available in Turkey, I have been unable to receive direct assistance, leaving me in a difficult situation. I request that my reservation be properly processed in the hotel’s system and that my stay proceed smoothly without further issues.
