136 USD Agoda Cash Missing

I am writing regarding an issue with my Agoda Cash balance. A few months ago, I noticed that my Agoda Cash was gone from my account, with a loss of approximately 136USD in total, even though I did not use it for any booking or transaction that I am aware of. I did not receive any clear explanation or notification about how or why this 136 USD Agoda Cash was deducted or disappeared from my balance. I also have not yet contacted customer service directly about this, and I would like this situation to be investigated based on my account activity and history. I kindly request that the missing 136 USD Agoda Cash be refunded to my Agoda account, or that a clear and documented explanation be provided if there was a justified deduction. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
