Between October 28 and October 29, 2025, I made a one-night reservation through Agoda at Stone Hill Boutique Hotel in Ayvalık (Reservation No: 1947925445). When I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM on October 28, there were no staff members present. A phone number was posted on the reception door for contact in such cases, but despite calling it multiple times, no one answered. I had to wait outside the hotel for nearly an hour, which caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also tried contacting Agoda’s help center and customer service hotline multiple times, but I could not reach anyone or receive any assistance. I ended up staying at the hotel because my reservation was not canceled, and I had no alternative option at that time.
I request that my grievance be resolved, that the $32 I paid be refunded, and that I receive an apology for the poor service and lack of support.
