Agoda Hotel Stay Invoice Not Provided After Payment

I made a hotel reservation via Agoda for İçkale Hotel in Ankara, with check‑in on 09/01/2026, and I paid approximately ₺3,000 by credit card through Agoda. Despite completing my stay and the payment being taken, I still have not received any invoice for this reservation. I attempted to reach Agoda customer service about this issue, however I have not been provided with an invoice and I do not have any usable contact number or channel that actually resolves the problem. At the moment I have a completed and paid reservation, but no official invoice has been issued. I kindly request that the invoice for this stay, covering the total amount of ₺3,000 paid by credit card, be issued and sent to me as soon as possible so that I can document this payment properly.
