I made a reservation through Agoda for The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel in Antalya from November 9–13, 2025 (Reservation No: 1948232400). During the booking process, I accidentally entered “2 adults” instead of the correct number of guests. We will actually be 2 adults and 2 children (born on January 6, 2022, and July 24, 2017). I paid a total of ₺65,058.55 ($1,547) by credit card.
I tried to contact Agoda to correct the number of guests, but I could not find any phone number or email address. The live chat only connects to a chatbot, and it didn’t resolve my issue. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that the update must be done through Agoda.
Since there will be no change to the room type, I kindly request that my reservation be updated free of charge to include 2 adults and 2 children. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
