Agoda Customer Service Unresponsive — Reservation Missing Before Trip
On October 28, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for Noxinn Deluxe Hotel in Alanya, Antalya (Reservation ID: 1662850400). I created the reservation 2–3 days ago, and today, when I contacted the hotel to confirm, I was informed that my reservation does not appear in their system. I reached out to Agoda, and they resent my booking details, yet the hotel still insists that no reservation exists under my name.
Payment for the reservation has not yet been processed, but Agoda is scheduled to charge my credit card within two days. I have already made all my travel and accommodation arrangements, including transportation, based on this booking. Since the reservation is missing from the hotel’s system, I am now at serious risk of being left without accommodation.
I request that Agoda immediately contact the hotel and ensure my booking information is properly added to their system to prevent any inconvenience. However, even though I called the hotel many times, they said they could not find my reservation. Agoda did not respond to the email I sent.
