Quotex Deposit of ₹984 Missing After Successful UPI Payment
On March 6, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹984 via UPI from the Navi app linked to my India Post Payments Bank account to my Quotex trading account (Quotex ID: 77254819).
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the payment shows as completed on my side, but the funds have still not been credited to my Quotex trading balance.
The transaction has been pending for four days, and despite the delay, I have not received any response from Quotex support.
The transaction ID associated with this payment is 112841552.
I request that my deposit of ₹984 be credited to my Quotex trading balance immediately, and that I receive a clear confirmation and explanation regarding the reason for this delay.
