Onlara defalarca WhatsApp müşteri hizmetleri hatlarından yazmama rağmen geri dönüş sağlamıyorlar. Ürünler Türkiye'ye geldi ama 30 Euro sınırı olduğunu söylediler ve PTT geri iade etti. Ancak tutarın iadesiyle ilgili bilgi almak için yazdığımda cevap verme zahmetinde bile bulunmuyorlar.
Hello, I bought sports supplements from a company called https://www.wakeupbodynutrition.com in Poland. They are not responding to me even though I wrote to them on their WhatsApp customer service line on their profile. The products came to Türkiye but they said there was a 30 Euro limit and returned to PTT. However, when I wrote to get information about the change in the amount, they did not even deign to respond.
