Twverify'den İzinsiz SMS Doğrulama Kodu Ve KVKK İhlali

30 Nisan 2026 tarihinde saat 12:16’da, Twverify isimli bir servis tarafından, bilgim ve açık rızam olmaksızın Vodafone hattıma SMS yoluyla bir doğrulama kodu gönderilmiştir. Belirtilen tarih ve saatte Twverify ile ilgili herhangi bir işlem yapmadım. Bu servisle daha önce hiçbir üyeliğim, başvurum veya ilişkim bulunmamaktadır. Bu durum, telefon numaramın üçüncü kişiler tarafından izinsiz şekilde kullanıldığına işaret etmektedir. Kişisel verilerimin iznim dışında kullanılması, 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında açık bir ihlaldir. Telefon numaramın bu şekilde kullanılması tarafımda ciddi güvenlik ve gizlilik endişesi yaratmıştır. Bu kapsamda; Telefon numaramın Twverify sistemlerinde bulunup bulunmadığının tespit edilmesini, Numaram sistemlerinizde kayıtlı ise derhal silinmesini, Numaram üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlem kayıtlarının incelenmesini, - Bu işlemleri gerçekleştiren kişi/kişiler hakkında gerekli güvenlik önlemlerinin alınmasını, Sürece ilişkin tarafıma yazılı ve açık bir bilgilendirme yapılmasını talep ediyorum. Gereğinin ivedilikle yapılmasını arz ederim.

I received an SMS verification code from an application/service name Twverify on April 30, 2026 at 12:16, without my ask or consent. At that date and time, ı did not want any action related to Twverify, nor have ı ever had any membership, association, or account request with this service. I believe that an attempt was made to access or LOG into a service using my phone number, and ı do not accept the use of my phone number or my personal data within the scope of data protection laws without my consent. I think someone using my phone number without my permission, and that any legal or financial things from such actions shall be the responsibility of the person who used my number without authorization. I have never had any membership, application, or attempt to access Twverify. I request that my phone number be completely removed from your systems, that no further actions be taken using my number, and that ı be informed in writing about this process.
