Vivense Did Not Install My Novado Wardrobe - Ignored My Refund Requests

Regarding the Issues I Experienced with My Vivense (Online) Order No. 8e9507274289, Dated March 1, 2025 Products Ordered: Novado Standing Wardrobe, 4 Doors, Black Handles, Model GM 070-a Installation Service I will try to briefly explain my grievances without delving into excessive detail. Shortly after placing my order, Horoz Logistics delivered the products but left them at the door without carrying them upstairs. No installation date was provided, and contacting them was impossible—they were supposed to call me. Two weeks later, they finally called and said they could come on a specific day but gave no time window, forcing me to wait at home all day. The installation team refused to carry the products upstairs. After a brief argument, we ended up moving them upstairs together. When I asked for the wardrobe to be installed on the balcony, they assessed the area for just 30 seconds, declared, "It can’t be installed here," and left. They abandoned the products in my home, stating, "You’ll need to resolve the rest with the support team. We can’t reach them either." What followed was another ordeal. Communicating with Vivense has been extremely difficult. After emails and WhatsApp messages, they replied on March 19, claiming the wardrobe "Product was custom-made" and thus non-refundable, though they said I could request a refund for the installation service. Since then, I’ve repeatedly tried contacting them via WhatsApp and [email protected]. I’ve sent countless emails and complaints but have received no response or refund. The entire process has been a fiasco. I would never recommend Vivense to anyone. If anyone still chooses to shop here, they should seriously reconsider delivery and installation logistics. They expect you to handle furniture transportation yourself, and their attitude is deeply unprofessional. I hope my grievances are resolved as soon as possible.

After writing the complaint, they called with a sudden reflex. The lady who called said, 'I will do my best' to speed up the process. How many days have passed, I still haven't received my refund. What I write here clearly doesn't matter to the Vivense company. Customer satisfaction is not among their priorities, I understand. But what is being done is clearly taking our money unlawfully. It's a shame.

Vivense does not issue refunds. After my previous complaint, they called and said they would do it, but no progress has been made. There is nothing left to say. Weeks have passed, it has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had, without exaggeration. In this situation, it is not difficult to see that the company is not well managed and the employees do not care about their jobs.

They still haven't made the payment, they don't call, and they don't respond. This is pure disgrace. They have blatantly violated our rights.
