BC.Game Banned “Anataku36” for “Multiple Accounts” Without Proof
My BC.Game casino account with the username “Anataku36” and the email address “usmanabdulsalamanat***@gmail.com” was suddenly blocked on December 8, 2025, at around 4:32 AM. The platform stated that the reason was “multiple account creation” and informed me by email that my account was permanently closed due to a violation of the Terms of Service. I clearly state that I have not created or used any other BC.Game account apart from this one. I do not accept the accusation of multiple accounts, and I believe this decision is unfair. Before the ban, I did not receive any warning, notification, or request from support regarding a suspected violation, and I was using my account only for casino games. Since the date of the block, I have been trying to recover my account, but despite my efforts, BC.Game only replied with a standard message that the decision is final, without giving me any concrete proof or detailed explanation of what exactly I allegedly did wrong. I find it unacceptable that my account is permanently closed without transparent evidence and without giving me a real chance to defend myself. I kindly request that my situation be re-investigated in detail, that any alleged “multiple accounts” linked to me be clearly shown and proven, and that if no real violation can be demonstrated, my BC.Game account with the username “Anataku36” and email “[email protected]” be reopened as soon as possible. I expect a clear, reasoned response and a fair review of my case.
