Trust Wallet SOL Balance Missing Despite Successful Solana Transaction

I am using the Trust Wallet mobile app on Android, and I am experiencing a serious problem with a missing balance. On the 22nd, I sent Solana (SOL) from my Phantom wallet to my Trust Wallet. Trust Wallet even sent me a notification that the SOL had been received, but when I open the app, I cannot see the SOL balance anywhere. The transaction was successfully sent from Phantom, and I have the transaction details and amount, yet Trust Wallet does not reflect this balance in my account despite confirming receipt by notification. This situation is very worrying and undermines my confidence in the safety of my funds. I have already contacted Trust Wallet support about this issue, but so far, no help or effective solution has been provided, and my SOL is still not visible in my balance. I request that my SOL balance be properly restored and shown in my Trust Wallet account and that the transaction be fully investigated and clearly explained.
