Vivense Furniture Delivery Delayed Without Explanation: Poor Customer Service Experience


Vivense has still not delivered the furniture I purchased from Vivense.com on December 28, 2024, to my address, without providing any justification. The planned delivery date was stated as January 14-17, but it has long passed. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service that cannot be reached through the call center, the company representatives whose phones are constantly switched off, and the support team that only communicates through WhatsApp. Their responses lack clarity and fail to provide any concrete information about the delivery of my order.
When I ask via WhatsApp about the delivery date, the only response I receive is "as soon as possible," which is unprofessional and unacceptable in 2025. This level of service feels amateurish and frustrating. The After-Sales Services Manager, A. Ç., whom I contacted via correspondence, has not responded, despite stating that they would provide updates.
I am filing a complaint about the poor service I have received and hold the entire Vivense team accountable for their negligence and lack of professionalism. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and for my order to be delivered promptly.

There has still been no response. I want you to send the product I purchased to my address immediately.
