I want to share my frustrating experience with Vivense, specifically concerning the furniture I purchased in July – a sofa, wardrobe, and dining set. We requested the items to be held in the warehouse until November due to moving into a new home. Upon delivery in November, everything seemed fine until we discovered the wardrobe was broken. They promised to deliver the replacement part in December, but it's now January, and there's no sign of it. Customer service is responsive, but the manufacturing site isn't providing answers.
To add to the chaos, the sofa I ordered in July was replaced with a completely different model, unrelated to what we liked. The delivery never happened. I've taken steps to address this, reaching out to CİMER and Consumer Court. I won't settle for this, and I'm sharing my experience with everyone. Legal action is my next step.
