Litmatch Device Ban Removal Request, Please Help Me

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Litmatch account on an Android device. Around October 24–25, 2025, my device was suddenly banned while I was chatting. A message appeared stating that I violated the community guidelines and that my device has been banned. I was not informed about which specific rule I allegedly violated, and I believe this ban was applied unfairly. Since this ban, I have lost access to my existing friends and contacts on Litmatch, and I can no longer use the application as part of my daily routine. This situation has negatively affected the way I stay in touch and spend my free time on the platform. After the ban, I tried several methods to resolve the issue, including reinstalling the application and trying to access my account again, but none of these attempts worked. I have not made any in‑app purchases or top‑ups on this device. Despite my efforts, I still cannot use Litmatch on my device due to the ban. I kindly request that my device ban be reviewed in detail and that the decision be reconsidered. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I would like to be clearly informed about it; otherwise, I expect my device ban to be lifted so that I can continue using the application. I also state that I am willing to fully comply with all community guidelines and, if you indicate what behavior was considered a violation, I will make sure not to repeat it.
