Vivense Sent Me a Broken Dresser and Has Delayed Installation for a Month
I’m complaining about Vivense for sending a broken part and then delaying the installation for a month despite sending the correct piece afterward. I purchased a four-drawer dresser and have been waiting for installation for over a month. Every time I reach out, they promise to "get back soon," but no one actually follows up. Their WhatsApp support is extremely poor—there’s no live agent, and the chatbot doesn’t understand what I write. I even tried calling their customer service, but I was either kept on hold or redirected endlessly. When I ask, “When will they come for installation? Here’s my order number,” the only response I get is, “No information available.” This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I have been waiting since 28.03.2025, and today is 02.06.2025—there is still no resolution.
