Vivense Brand Does Not Deliver the Broken Part of the Product

I bought a modular wardrobe from Vivense brand on 22.07.2024. When I talked to the store I bought it, they told me that there was a stocked product and a sale was made in this way. Although I asked many times while it was being sold, they stated that the stocked product delivery date would not take too long. They said it would be delivered by August 1. But the cabinet was delivered on August 8. I tolerated the 8 days by saying nothing, but when the products arrived, a piece of modular cabinet was also damaged. The process began and they left the broken closet at home without installing it. Later, when the new part is produced and delivered (only broken parts are produced), they stated that the broken ones will receive it from us. We gave Okey to this with good intentions. On August 30, the broken parts arrived and while trying to install in this way, the hinges of the cabinet and the back cover were damaged, so the installation could not be re-installed and the part was ordered again. Although I requested the company to bring the stocked product as soon as possible, they stated that the product would be produced again and only the broken part will come. The product I bought was zero, why am I waiting for the broken parts? When I ask them to explain it to me, the company tells me that they do not have such a procedure. Although this is not a cabinet that I have used now, I do not send the new boxed product in stock, I do not expect to produce one by one. I don't want the part production, I want the product in the stock to be installed in a closed box most urgently. I will go to the necessary authorities to answer my request in the fastest way, otherwise..
