I was expecting a UPS shipment (tracking number: 1ZW4418F6804398458) to be delivered on July 30, 2025, but today is the sixth day with no delivery and no update. The package has never reached my address, and there was no attempt to deliver or contact me.
I have called UPS customer service multiple times, and each time I was told, “We’ve marked your case as urgent,” but nothing has changed. The package contains a phone SIM card, which is critical for my communication, and an official document I must submit to the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK). This delay is not just inconvenient—it is highly disruptive to my responsibilities.
What’s more, when I tried speaking with a customer representative named Ş****, I was shocked by her rude and dismissive behavior. She clearly had no intention of helping and acted as if she was placed there just to deflect customer concerns, not resolve them. That is unacceptable for someone whose salary is paid by the very shipping fees we customers provide.
I demand immediate location and delivery of my package, a formal written update, and disciplinary action for staff members who ignore customers. If this matter isn’t resolved swiftly, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action.
