On August 14, 2025, I shipped an important package with UPS Turkey to be delivered to Ankara. The tracking number is 1ZW432Y36849820996. Despite the urgency of this shipment, more than 10 days have passed and my package is still missing. UPS customer service keeps telling me it was misplaced in their warehouse and that they are “searching,” but no concrete solution or timeline has been provided.
I have contacted UPS customer service multiple times, but every conversation ends with vague promises and no real progress. This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue with UPS, and it has completely destroyed my trust in their reliability. Considering the package was both urgent and important, the lack of responsibility shown is unacceptable.
I expect UPS to immediately locate my missing package and ensure its delivery without any further delay. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely with no clear answers, especially after entrusting UPS with valuable and time-sensitive shipments.
