I Face Delivery Delay with UPS Turkey on Power of Attorney Shipment
On June 2, 2025, I handed over a shipment containing an important power of attorney document to a UPS branch for delivery to Istanbul Esenyurt, Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mahallesi, 2120 Sokak No: 1. Despite being told repeatedly by customer service that the package would arrive by 18:00 on the same day, five days have now passed and the package has still not been delivered. My tracking number is 3650.
During this period, I called UPS Turkey customer service three separate times, but each time the response was limited to simply “opening a case.” No actual progress was made, and no real solution was provided. As the sender, I have faced financial and business losses due to this delay, since the document was time-sensitive and highly important.
This experience has shaken my trust in UPS’s reliability. I demand that my shipment be delivered immediately and that UPS provide a clear explanation for the delay. Customers should not be forced to chase their packages or suffer damages because of repeated empty promises from the call center.
