I Requested a Return but UPS Still Hasn’t Started the Process


I placed an order through the Zara app, and my package (tracking number: 1Z9A88696868114008) was handed over to UPS on July 16, 2025. Today is July 23, and the package still hasn’t been delivered. For the past three days, I’ve been repeatedly calling UPS Turkey customer service. Each time, they tell me the shipment is inactive and promise to contact the branch urgently—but I’ve yet to receive any follow-up or resolution.
This level of irresponsibility from a company claiming to be a global logistics leader is unacceptable. The branch doesn’t return calls, there’s no progress on tracking, and I’ve been completely left in the dark. Had I known I’d be waiting over a week, I would’ve canceled the order altogether.
Zara, you chose UPS as your logistics partner, and that makes you equally accountable. I demand immediate action—either deliver my package or issue a full refund. Enough delays.
