I Face UPS Delivery Problem After Courier Marked Me as Not at Address
On August 8, 2025, I received a notification regarding my UPS shipment (tracking number: 1ZE549G06806368918) stating that I was “not at the address.” However, this is completely false because I was at home all day, and no courier ever came to my door. It is unacceptable that a package can be marked as undeliverable without any actual delivery attempt being made.
The correct delivery address is: Firüzpaşa Mah. Sakız Sok. No:14 Milas/Muğla. Despite the clear address details, UPS failed to even attempt delivery. I contacted UPS customer service immediately, but instead of offering a solution, I was told to contact the sender company and direct my complaint there. This response was both dismissive and unhelpful, as the delivery failure is clearly caused by UPS Turkey’s courier process, not the sender.
Since I paid for this shipment by bank card, I expect UPS to take responsibility and ensure my package is redelivered to my correct address without further delay. I also request that UPS address this recurring issue where couriers falsely mark recipients as absent when no delivery attempt is made.
