UPS Marked My Package Delivered But I Never Received It
For my shipment sent via UPS Turkey with tracking number 1Z93W2006804353298, I received an SMS around 5:00 PM on November 20 stating that the package had been “delivered,” yet it was absolutely not received. The shipment was supposed to be delivered to my home, and the recipient was at the address at that exact time. Despite this, no one rang the doorbell and no delivery was made.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I called UPS Turkey customer service. Two separate service requests were opened, but despite the time that has passed, I still haven’t received any concrete updates. No clear information has been provided, and the location of the shipment is unknown. I am experiencing serious inconvenience because the package shows “delivered,” yet the opened service requests have led to no resolution.
I request that my package be located urgently and delivered to the correct address and the correct recipient, and that a clear, written explanation regarding the delivery process be provided to me.
