To stop auto-renewal, go to the billing or membership settings in your uMobix account dashboard and log in.

If you can't see that choice, email [email protected] or use live chat to let them know right away that you want to cancel before the next billing date.

Keep proof of your request, like screenshots and email timestamps, because uMobix has a strict refund policy and may need proof in a disagreement.
