Umobix Charged More Than Advertised ₺1 Instead of $1—I Want the Extra Amount Refunded

I was clearly shown a $1 charge when I interacted with the Umobix service, but instead, a significantly higher amount was withdrawn from my account—₺1,000+ without my permission. I never agreed to this extra charge, and it absolutely did not reflect what was stated during the process.

This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable. I only consented to the advertised $1 payment, and anything beyond that was done without my approval. I immediately request the cancellation of any active subscription linked to this charge and demand the excess amount be refunded to my account.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file complaints with the necessary consumer protection authorities. I am asking clearly and politely—please return the extra money that was taken from me without my consent. This needs to be handled immediately.
