Umobix Charged Me ₺1,900 for a Non-Working App and Ignores My Cancellation Requests

Umobix withdrew nearly ₺1,900 from my account without proper service or communication. I emailed them immediately requesting cancellation and a refund, but I haven’t received any response—not even in my spam folder. The app doesn’t function at all, and I’m being charged for something that doesn't work and that I never agreed to continue using.

This is completely unacceptable. I followed all the proper steps to cancel, and yet they continue to ignore me and keep my money. It feels like they’re intentionally avoiding accountability while profiting off unauthorized and unjustified charges.

I demand that Umobix immediately cancel my so-called subscription and refund the full ₺1,900 they took. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action. Users deserve transparency, working services, and the right to cancel without being ignored.
