Hello, I was expecting a $1 transaction through the Umobix.com site, but to my shock, two large charges were made to my card without my knowledge or approval—₺1,800 and ₺934. I never authorized these payments, and I believe my card information has been misused.
What was presented as a simple $1 charge turned into two major withdrawals, completely behind my back. I did not subscribe to anything, I did not approve these transactions, and I received no warning or confirmation message. This is a serious violation of my financial security and trust.
I will be reporting this situation to the authorities and filing an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office. I demand the immediate return of the full amount charged and a full investigation into how these unauthorized transactions were allowed to happen. Umobix must be held accountable.
