I was thinking of doing some traveling and exploring before I head off for my military service. So, on May 26, 2023, I bought a ticket from Istanbul Airport to Kayseri Erkilet Airport for the super early flight at 06:35. I tried to switch up my flight but turns out my 571 TL ticket is super strict and won't let me make any changes. Turkish Airlines won't let us make any changes to our flights, even if we really need to. They're not giving us any wiggle room at all. Also, when I tried to cancel my ticket (which they say I can do), Turkish Airlines took out a whopping 505 TL. That fee for canceling is way too much and totally not cool. It's really messed up to see an airline caring more about making money than making their customers happy, especially when they promised the option to cancel.
