StarMaker Closed My Adult Account by Mistakenly Enabling Child Mode

For approximately two weeks, I have been unable to log into my personal account on the StarMaker application. My username was “Onzeyimmm_73,” and as of today I discovered that my account has been closed. I received a notification from the application related to “child mode,” and my account was apparently shut down for that reason.
My account was a completely personal account opened under my own identity and used as an adult account. Having my access suddenly blocked without any rule violation, warning, or previous penalty has caused me serious inconvenience. My account also contained content and connections that I had spent significant time building and maintaining.
I request that StarMaker review my account again, as I believe this was the result of an incorrect evaluation, and that my personal account with the username “Onzeyimmm_73” be reopened so I can regain full access as soon as possible.
