StarMaker Ignored My Appeals After Account Suspension

My account on the StarMaker karaoke application has been suspended for approximately two months without any explanation being provided. I never received any rule violation notification within the application, nor was I sent any warning message by email or through the app itself.

I was using the application with my phone number, and I had also indicated within the system that I am a disabled individual. Despite this, absolutely no explanation has been provided regarding why my account was closed. Even though I contacted the support team, I have not received any response or feedback to this day.

Both the unfair suspension of my account and the complete lack of response from support have caused me serious inconvenience and frustration. I request that my StarMaker account be reviewed carefully, that any mistake be corrected if there has been an error, that my account be restored and reactivated, and that I be provided with a written explanation regarding the suspension.
