StarMaker Refuses to Delete My 10-Year-Old Daughter’s Account

May 6 5:17 PM88

Despite spending the entire day trying to have an account opened in my ten-year-old daughter’s name removed from the StarMaker application, I have not been able to achieve any result. My daughter created this account using her iPhone, but since the phone was broken, she no longer has any way to access the account from her own device.

I urgently want the account with the username “Ringstar136695382” to be permanently deleted. I tried logging into the application from my own phone to locate and remove the account, but I could not find any clear option within the app to do so. I also could not find any phone number or email address belonging to the application, so I have no direct way to contact support or speak with anyone responsible.

The fact that a ten-year-old child can use this kind of application and create an account raises serious concerns regarding both child safety and the protection of minors online. For this reason, I request that my daughter’s account be completely deleted as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am prepared to pursue all necessary legal actions regarding the platform allowing a child of this age to use the application.
