Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Issue

I purchased a flight ticket from Turkish Airlines. I have never experienced anything like this before. Even if they had planned to inconvenience passengers, they wouldn't have done it to this extent. We bought a flight ticket from Hatay to Istanbul Airport for August 23, 2023, at 03:25. We traveled from Adana to Hatay to catch the flight, only to find out that the flights were canceled without any notification. I called at 22:32 and was informed that the flight was indeed canceled and would depart from Adana instead. They changed our ticket to Adana. Since I didn't have a vehicle, I called again at 01:32 to postpone my ticket, but they refused, saying they couldn't process it because the Hatay-Istanbul ticket was changed to Adana-Istanbul. They demanded an extra fee. I requested a refund and was told they would pay ₺12 per person. We agreed and didn't cancel the ticket. I hired a private vehicle to reach Adana on time. As military personnel, I handed over my weapon to security between 02:30-03:35. From 02:35-04:45, I reached the ticket counter, and they said my name wasn't showing up. They directed me to the ticket sales office, where I was told that my ticket was never created. I was exhausted from running around for hours, and both my departure and arrival airports were changed. I had to hire a private vehicle to travel back and forth to Adana. I am physically and financially exhausted. Currently, I am waiting on the street for a flight until 09:00, without any hotel arrangements or transportation support provided. I have a complaint against Turkish Airlines.
