PhonePe Has Not Resolved My Missing Game Deposit Complaints

I am writing to report that several UPI payments made through PhonePe have been debited from my bank accounts, but the money has still not been credited to my game account, even though I have raised complaints many times, and the issue remains unresolved. On 31-03-2026, I made two UPI payments via PhonePe. The first payment was for 10,000 from my DNS Bank account to MANOJTRADERS1****@UPGRAMINBANK with UTR 170496979454. The second payment was for 5,000 from my HDFC Bank account to JKBMERC0080****@jkb with UTR 283317973099. Later, on 12-05-2026, I made another payment of 30,000 from my HDFC Bank account with UTR 53672053396 to boim-56039135****@boi. These transactions are shown as successful, and the amounts have been debited from my bank accounts, but the funds have not been credited to my game account. Despite submitting complaints to PhonePe many times, there has been no proper resolution, and the money is still missing from my game account, which is preventing me from enjoying and using the game as intended. I request that PhonePe urgently check these transactions, ensure that the full amounts of 10,000, 5,000, and 30,000 are immediately credited to my game account, and provide a clear written clarification about what went wrong and why the transactions have not reached my game account.
