Turkish Airlines Customer Service Falls Short

On October 3, 2023, I took advantage of a sale that was being offered by Turkish Airlines and bought a ticket. As a result of my excitement, I made a booking error for the incorrect date, and it fell on the same day as my mandatory military service. I called customer service in the hopes of changing it by paying the fees required to do so, but they were unwilling to assist me with a paid modification. I am extremely unhappy with the service that was provided, and I certainly would not suggest it to anyone else.
