StarMaker Says “Maximum Level Reached” When I Try to Create a New Account

April 14 5:21 PM54

For approximately one year, I have been unable to create a backup account in the StarMaker application on my Redmi phone. Whenever I try to open a new account, the application displays a warning saying “maximum level reached” and does not allow me to create any additional accounts.

Even though I have not violated any rules and have been using the application normally, I am still unable to create a backup account because of this restriction. I request that StarMaker remove the backup account creation limit applied to my profile and allow me to create new accounts again.

If necessary, I kindly ask that I be contacted through my email address so this issue can be investigated properly and my inconvenience can be resolved as soon as possible.
